ISLAMABAD: After the former attorney general Anwar Mansoor accused Law minister Babar Awan for creating hurdles in implementing the Supreme Court's order on the reopening of the Swiss cases, Awan defended himself on Saturday by saying that most of the decisions had been taken in the light of the apex court's order.
While talking to media in Islamabad, Awan said that the Law Ministry knew its responsibilities and decisions on review petitions were being awaited upon.
Awan said that his position was clear before the government and the parliament, and everything was being done professionally and that he had performed the duties that had been assigned to him.
